We really enjoyed our getaway to the Dome, such a unique experience and it's incredible what they've built. They really have thought of everything, even including bear spray so when we took our dog on a walk we felt extra safe! It's nice having so much privacy to yourself, the view is gorgeous, and you can tell how much Paul cares about the Dome and the people staying there. Very detail oriented, we had everything we needed while we were there, and the peace and quiet was exactly what we needed.

This is a fabulous Garden Valley cabin. It has a warm cozy feel and excellent views over the entire valley. The cabin is very clean, well maintained, and stocked with everything you could need. A big plus was the ice maker and filtered water. We stayed in July, it was hot, and the water was amazing!! Paul even supplied a pack n' play and high chair for our infant. We would definitely stay here again. We felt so comfortable. The A/C works great and the beds are top-notch!

The Domestead was a true getaway in every sense! We watched the 250 Independence Day fireworks from the side of the mountain without battling crowds. Coffee from the deck in the morning. Star gazing, bird watching, and endless hiking. Airport trail meets up at the end of the property. All our needs were meticulously thought out. Privacy was obviously the goal and it hit. Me and hubby had a very special holiday weekend because we had an entire mountain to ourselves! Lots for our dogs to explore. Thank you Paul!

Paul's place was incredible! We've never stayed in a dome before and it was the ultimate glamping experience. We were so cozy being lulled to sleep by the sound of rain on the dome. The view was stunning, and it was so lovely to be able to enjoy indoors and outdoors. We felt very spoiled to have such a secluded, peaceful spot with luxury amenities. Paul was a great host - very helpful and responsive. With being only a little over an hour from Boise, we will definitely be back!

Paul’s Domestead is a unique place to stay. The views are beautiful and is a quick drive to shops and restaurants. The only problem we had was finding the road to take us to the Dome. The sign from Anderson Rd to turn on Bush Creek Rd was missing (or we missed it) but we called Paul and he stayed on the phone until we found the Dome. Such a relaxing place to stay.

Cute cabin with a great location. Beautiful view and only 5 mins from the store in case you forgot something. Back patio was great for camp fires at night. They even provided firewood. It has a large fridge/ freezer. Stove and oven worked great. Lots of games for the kids to enjoy. The only downside was that it didn’t have a lot of hot water. We would need to stagger our showers and wait till everyone was done to run the dishwasher. Would definitely rent again.

Paul's place is in a beautiful spot on the hill overlooking Crouch, just a few minutes away, and is very clean and tidy. He was very friendly and interactive to ensure our stay was the best possible. I did not have time to have him show me his dome cabins up the hill, but you can see them from a couple places in town up on the hill. I believe these are available for rent as well. We had a very good experience and will definitely stay here again. The couches are very comfortable, the mattresses are medium soft/hard and new condition, the sheets and blankets were stain free, washer and dryer are basically new, one room is a game room with all accessories, private back deck with an awesome view and kitchen is nicely supplied. 10/10

While the listing mentions “glamping,” it truly felt like the best of both worlds—immersed in nature like a tent experience, but with the comfort and amenities of a modern home. The views from the dome are beautiful, and the sense of seclusion made it feel like a true getaway. It was quiet, peaceful, and a great place to slow down and recharge. We especially loved the heated floors—they made the space feel warm and comfortable. One of the most memorable parts of the stay was hearing the rain on the dome at night—it had the cozy, nostalgic sound of rain on a tent, but without any of the worry of getting wet. Mornings were just as special, watching the fog roll through the valley and slowly rise up and over the dome. It made for an incredibly peaceful and unique experience. Paul was a great host—communication was clear and timely. We would absolutely recommend for a unique and peaceful retreat.

Two nights at The Domestead and this place exceeded every expectation. If you're looking for a secluded, thoughtful getaway, stop scrolling. Paul's communication was exceptional from the moment we booked. His recommendations were spot on and you can feel how much pride he takes in this property. That energy carries through every corner of it. The dome is stunning. Incredible views, fully stocked kitchen, and honestly everything was thought of. We usually pack "just in case" essentials because most places miss the little things. We didn't need any of it. Highlight of the trip: driving down to town near sunset and spotting a pack of elk coming up the ravine. That moment alone told us we made the right call. This is our favorite mountain town and The Domestead is now a permanent part of why we keep coming back. We'll be back this summer to float the river. Paul, thank you. 10/10 without hesitation

Managed to book this as a quick last minute weekend trip and I am so thrilled I did! There was a very minor hiccup at the start of the trip (no fault of his own) but Paul was so attentive and friendly and fixed it immediately. The place itself is stunning. Beautiful flooring (paired with heat) that made the place feel extra luxurious. I’ve stayed in domes before, but this one blows the others out of the water. No comparison what so ever. The interior of the dome is beautiful, but the view is absolutely insane. The property had a nice stream running through it and lots of trails for my dogs to enjoy. My boyfriend also found a nice shed from a buck, which is always a fun find. We were met with a herd of deer in the morning during our walk as well. The location is perfect: secluded but not far from town. And it’s a quick drive to one of my favorite hotsprings in the area!

The place, location, and Paul’s customer service were great. The place was as expected according to the description and photos. We came to the area looking for hot springs and found numerous ones all around. Everything is still a drive so they weren’t walkable but some east and some west so it was a great location for us. Amazing location!!! My husband and I have been renting Airbnbs for the last ten years and this is by far one of the most amazing sites we've ever stayed at. Minutes from the small town of Crouch, Idaho, this airbnb is close enough to town, but completely private and a peaceful mountain setting. The host was super responsive and very kind. Four ladies went up to get away and just have a beautiful relaxing time to share stories, cook, drink and relax in front of the fire pit . This place was all that and more. We want to express the fact that this was the absolute best Airbnb we’ve ever experienced. They don’t call Paul a super host for nothing. He was so helpful prior to and after our arrival, helping us whenever need be. Everything we could possibly need was on site already and the view was spectacular. Everything from the beds and lines, to bathroom/towels to kitchen/cookware and appliances were all there. A real treat was watching the elk that visited the meadow below each morning and on several afternoons. The patio/deck was ideal! Lots of seating. Something to be said about grilling outside and having beautiful bull elk bugling in the timber just below. I kept binoculars around my neck pretty much the entire stay. If there was anything I could suggest is that you may want to be sure to pack your hiking shoes. The opportunities this place has are numerous. So, thank you again Paul for sharing your incredible home and property with us. You definitely made our stay unforgettable!

This home is clean and cozy. I was surprised by how pretty the views from the living room are. You have an expansive view of the mountains around you and it is very peaceful and quiet. We have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and Paul is one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. He communicated clearly from the start to help us with directions, explain how to use the tvs and air conditioning, and to answer any questions that we had. He tried to anticipate our needs and was readily available by phone or text if anything came up. Our stay was peaceful, relaxing and comfortable. It was very clean and in a @nice location that felt secluded but was just a short drive from the little town area with a few restaurants and stores.
